Your In-House Agency Team for school growth
We know how busy school Marketing, Admissions & growth teams are: lots of hats, lots of plates, everything at once. That's usually when you call in expert agency help, and those fees can be costly, sometimes prohibitive for smaller schools or leaner budgets. This in-house agency team is the answer: specialists with Attenger’s expertise baked in, an extra pair of hands for the work AI can handle, so you keep reviewing and deciding without the ongoing agency bill.
AI drafts. You decide. You don't need to become a prompt engineer. The team asks the questions that get them the answers and information they need to work for you. Then they do the work. A good working knowledge of AI helps, but it isn't essential.
They never touch data systems, pupil or personal data, or imagery. Anything that needs GDPR or DPO-level handling stays with your school.
Launch price £1,995 until 1st November 2026 · then £3,495
Get your in-house agency team
You’ve already bought in on AI
You've tried the tools, saved a few prompts, maybe set up a Project, and school growth work can still feel patchy when every draft still needs heavy rewriting and you're starting from scratch each time.
Here's where it usually hurts:
You're wearing every hat at once. Newsletters, open day emails, web pages, board updates and recruitment copy all land on a small team that's already stretched.
AI output is inconsistent. Sometimes useful, sometimes robotic waffle you'd never show a parent, so you rewrite extensively and re-input prompts until it finally sounds right.
You keep re-explaining the school. Fees language, year groups and what you never invent disappear from one conversation to the next.
Agency support is valuable but expensive. Specialist help is often exactly what you need, yet recurring fees are hard to justify on a smaller budget.
You can feel other schools moving faster with AI, while you're still piecing things together chat by chat.
The gap isn't that you don't understand AI. It's that nobody has handed you an in-house agency team of specialists with expertise already baked in, so the drafts arrive ready for your review rather than another long evening of prompting. And you don’t have time to learn how to do everything with AI - you need more website traffic, more enquiries, open day sign ups and applications like, yesterday.
picture this
It's Monday morning, coffee on, and the work is already on your desk to review.
Ava, your in-house account manager, has already got your school profile: tone, fees language, open days and what you never invent, so the rest of the team is working from the same facts. She’s making sure the rest of the team use that information and don’t invest new messages or ‘facts’ you wouldn’t want going out. Nadia, your newsletter-writer, has written the weekly parent newsletter draft, and she's asked you about any extras you want her to include. Steve the SEO and AIO expert has drafted a rewrite of that open day page so parents can find it in Google and AI Search. Clara, your school copywriter, has stripped every AI tell from everyones work, so it sounds like your school, in the tone of whoever is signing it off. Marcus your Market Researcher has reviewed what the schools you compete with are doing publicly this week, and has a plan for how you can get or stay ahead. Ruby your Recruitment Marketer has a vacancy draft ready for HR to approve for the new teacher and Admissions Assistant roles you’ve been struggling to find the right people for. Vikram your AI Visibility Expert has researched what AI assistants are currently saying about your school, and where they get it wrong - he’ll give you recommendations on how to improve so that more parents can find what you want them to find about your school.
You still check everything. You still edit, send or publish. What changes is the starting point: instead of extensive rewriting and re-prompting, it's ready on your desk on Monday morning for review, all done.
None of them touch a MIS, a CRM full of parent records, pupil files or imagery. They automate and support the work AI can handle - safeguarding and data protection first (ie, they don’t touch anything that touches it). Sensitive handling stays inside your school, with your people.
Your In-House Agency Team
The dream team you've always wished you had
Your In-House Agency Team for School Growth is a ready-to-use skills pack for Claude or Grok. Phase 1 gives you seven specialist team members you can install today, each with a clear personality and a focused job. Phase 2 is in build - and you’ll get those team members as soon as they’r elive, at no extra cost.
You don't have to learn how to write clever prompts. Follow each team member’s questions and they gather what they need to produce a strong first draft for you. A solid understanding of AI helps you get more from them, but it isn't a requirement.
This isn't a prompt library and it isn't a course you watch once and forget. It's an in-house agency team: install it, brief them, keep using them, and call on an external agency less often for the same kinds of drafts.
They support what AI can handle. They never touch school data systems, pupil data, other personal data or imagery.
These are AI skills. They aren't real people. The names are just for fun.

Meet the team (live now)
Start with Ava and Clara. Everything else works better once those two are in place. They make sure the rest of the team work on-brand.
Ava – your in-house account manager
Ava builds and holds your school profile so every other team member works from the same truth: tone of voice, year groups, fees language, open days and what you never invent. She is calm, thorough and slightly protective of the facts. Do Ava first. Without her, everyone else is guessing. She works from approved public facts and voice samples, not a dump from your school systems.
Clara – your school copywriter
Clara’s whole job is making sure nothing sounds like a machine wrote it. She rewrites in your school’s unique brand voice and in the tone of whoever is signing it off: Head, admissions lead, marketing manager. Pair her with Ava and the drafts start sounding like you.
Nadia – your newsletter writer
Nadia writes the parent and prospect newsletters from your profile and from what you've already created that week. She is practical and inquisitive: if there's a sports result, trip or announcement she can't see online, she asks rather than inventing it. You still send the newsletter. She gets the draft ready so you're reviewing, not staring at a blank page or piecing everything together each week.
Steve – your SEO and AI Search page writer
Steve focuses on writing web pages parents find in Google and AI Search, and on content AI assistants can quote accurately. He is methodical about structure and clarity. You still publish. He gives you a first draft ready to polish that’s already optimised for AI and traditional search.
Vikram – your AI visibility researcher
Vikram researches what AI assistants are currently saying about your school, where they get it wrong, and what to fix first for maximum impact. You can run him weekly, monthly or termly (recurring runs may need a paid plan, or simply ask him to re-run whenever you need it). Public-facing visibility only.
Marcus – your market researcher
Marcus watches what competing schools are doing from public sources only, for internal planning and monitoring. He is quietly competitive on your behalf so nothing useful slips past unnoticed.
Ruby – your recruitment copy specialist
Ruby drafts vacancy adverts that sound like a place people want to work, so you can attract the right people without leaning so hard on expensive TES hosting or recruitment agency fees. HR still approves and posts. No applicant data goes into the chat.
More of the team is coming soon
Buy at the launch price of £1,995 (until 1 November 2026) and future team members are included as part of your in-house agency team as they ship, including commercial product launch specialists, with no separate purchase. From 1 November the in-house agency team price rises to £3,495.
Every new skill follows the same rule: drafts and support only, never data systems, pupil or personal data, or imagery.
Built from real school marketing practice
This team is built from 10 years working in education, including 8 years running a school-specific marketing agency. Our knowledge and best practices are baked into these skills: how school voice actually works, what parents need to hear, how to keep claims honest, and how to draft growth work without crossing safeguarding or data lines.
You aren't buying generic AI tips. You're installing expertise that was already earned in the sector.
How to install the skills (three steps)
Step 1: Customise
Buy the pack, open the team library, read Start here once, then run Ava so Claude or Grok holds your school profile (approved public facts and voice, not an export from your MIS or CRM).
Step 2: Build your team
Upload the skill files into Claude or Grok (ZIP / `.skill` / `.md`). Full Skills upload needs a plan that supports Skills. On a free plan, paste the How to Use instructions into a Project or chat and keep Ava’s profile in Project knowledge. It’s a 3-step install and the Start Guide walks you through it.
Step 3: Use them on real growth work
Open a new chat or Project. Brief the skill, answer their questions, read the draft, then send, publish or bin it. Nothing auto-sends, nothing auto-posts, and nothing connects to your data systems. The more you use them with Ava’s profile attached, the more they sound like your school.
First setup is one afternoon. After that, Monday morning is review, not rewrite-from-scratch.

Hi, I’m Emma Fell
I’m Emma Fell, Director of Attenger Digital, an AI and digital marketing agency specialising in the independent school sector for fee and non-fee revenue growth. This ‘In-house Agnecy Team' for School Growth’ is built from that experience.
I know school teams are under pressure, under-resourced and overstretched, and not every school has the budget to outsource to specialist agencies on a recurring basis. This is my answer to that: a way to support more schools with specialist help in-house, without the ongoing agency fees. It's a one-off payment. After launch, the price of the team rises to £3,495 from 1st November 2026.
I'm an AI strategist, using AI in our company operations and for clients. I'm not interested in theory for its own sake. The point is this team giving you practical drafts you can trust yourself to review, send and publish. My aim is they get you 80% there, 100% of the time, for 8% of the cost of a big agency’s annual retainer.
What people say about using our approach with Claude
These comments come from people who have used our Claude workflows, skills and training approach (the same way of working this in-house agency team is built on). Full quotes live on the AI for School Marketing course page.
“Knowing you can set up specific tasks and workflows to get results weekly or however often you need them is game-changing. The fact you can generate it so quickly means you've more time to action other things.”
- Marketing Officer, Berkhamsted Schools Group
“The best thing about the training was seeing the real world set up Emma had to show us and then for us to try that out… I found it eye-opening.
- Áine Corcoran, Director of Admissions and Communications, Clongowes Wood College
Schools from the UK, US, Ireland, Malta and Malaysia (and counting) have already taken the AI for School Marketing course. People who start on ChatGPT or Copilot often tell us Claude becomes far more useful for the day-to-day school work once the workflows are in place, which is exactly the dynamic this team is designed for: follow the questions, get the draft, you still decide.
Let’s talk about what’s holding you back
“I can build this myself.”
You could spend months turning hard-won school marketing judgement into specialist instruction sets, testing them on real work and refining them when the output still sounds off. Or you could install a team that already has that expertise baked in, and spend your week on the conversations and decisions that need a human.
“I’m not technical enough.”
You don't need to be. There's no coding, no API keys and no connection into your school systems. If you can download a file and follow Start here, you can set this up. The team asks the questions; you answer them. Free-plan fallback is in the pack if Skills upload isn't on your plan yet. AI confidence helps, but it isn't essential.
“What about GDPR, the DPO and pupil data?”
These skills never touch data systems, pupil data, other personal data or imagery. They draft and support the work AI can handle without that. Anything that needs sensitive handling stays internal with your people and your approved processes. You stay the send and publish button.
“What if AI changes again in six months?”
It will, which is why this is a skills pack with How to Use pages and, for launch buyers, future team members included as they ship. You keep human oversight. The tool moves; your send button doesn't.
You’ll get a lot from this if:
You've a small team and ambitious growth targets
You don't have the budget for recurring high agency fees, but you still need specialist support
You can handle most of the work in-house and want an extra pair of hands for the drafts AI can do well
You want to automate what AI can safely handle without spending hours learning how to create workflows and skills from scratch
You'll review everything before it goes to parents, and you won't put pupil data, personal data, imagery or school systems into a chatbot
Probably not for you if you want auto-send or auto-post, tools that plug into your MIS, CRM or media library, or ecommerce-style consumer brand tooling. This is built for school growth.
A quick word from me
School teams are under pressure and not every budget stretches to ongoing agency retainers. I built this in-house agency team so more schools can get specialist drafts ready for review, without becoming prompt engineers and without handing sensitive data to a machine.
Install the team, answer their questions, keep the send button. It's quite simple, really.

Questions
Which AI platforms?
Claude or Grok. ChatGPT migration notes are in Start here if you're moving good work across form there - there's no need for you to lose any previous work you’ve done in a different platform. Or, keep your other AI platform and add Clude or Grok to your AI tool stack - keep it for these skills/team members only. This pack is built for Claude and Grok skills.
Do I need to know how to prompt?
No. Follow each team member’s questions and they gather what they need. A good understanding of AI helps, but it isn't essential.
Will they sound like our school?
That's why Ava and Clara come first. Profile plus voice samples beat adjective lists, and Clara’s job is removing AI-speak.
Does this touch pupil data, personal data, imagery or our systems?
No. Never. Don't paste pupil files, safeguarding notes, children’s names, parent contact lists or images into the chat. GDPR and DPO-sensitive work stays internal. You send. You publish.
What happens after 1st November?
The launch price of £1,995 ends on 1st November 2026. After that the team is £3,495. Launch buyers keep future included team members as they ship.
Who's this for?
School growth teams with ambitious targets and limited bandwidth for recurring agency fees. Mostly marketing and admissions directors, and also commercial, development, Heads and CFOs.
