Emma Fell, Director

Emma founded Attenger Digital in 2018, following a career in international corporate marketing and international Higher Education student recruitment. She works with schools across the UK and internationally as a consultant, and is a regular speaker at sector events including AMCIS, SEA and IAPS, covering both digital marketing and, increasingly, the practical implications of AI for school marketers.

She also serves as a digital marketing trainer for two professional bodies in the schools sector (AMCIS & the Schools’ Enterprise Association), and is a former School Governor - which gives her an understanding of school life that goes beyond the marketing and admissions department.

Having worked with more than 120 education organisations, Emma brings experience across independent schools, boarding schools, international schools, primary schools and HE institutions. She's also a Mum - which she'll tell you is the most useful qualification of all when it comes to understanding how parents actually think.

Emma is available for speaking engagements and CPD sessions on digital marketing and AI for school marketers.

Jayne Burton, Marketing Manager

Jayne has over 20 years of experience in marketing across media, publishing, and education, including heading up the marketing of more than 100 products at the British Medical Journal. As Director of Marketing at Chigwell School, she delivered an award-winning rebrand and increased social media engagement by over 1,291% term-on-term. She also began the marketing operations for their commercial offerings.

A qualified Executive Coach and a judge for the IPA's CPD Gold Accreditation, Jayne brings both strategic depth and practical expertise to the schools she works with. She's particularly skilled at helping school marketing teams build marketing strategies that are sustainable, on-brand, and genuinely effective at reaching prospective families.
