The Brief:
Support the Repton Enterprises team to start taking their products to market - namely Sports Centre and Events.
Create a brand identity for Repton Sports Centre and Repton Events.
Develop a Social Media Marketing Strategy, including an audit, target audience profiling and competitor analysis, that would build a strong foundation, brand awareness, and engagement, utilising the new brand ID.
Deliver strategic social media marketing training to the team.

Social Media accounts fully revived and refreshed with new, professional branding that aligns to the Main School while remaining distinct sub-brands.
Strategic messaging, audience and content focusses created to provide focus to the activity and content, while also aligning with school activity and pipeline.
SEO put in place on social media channels to increase brand discoverability.
Brand awareness in terms of audience reach on social media increased from 45 brand views per month to 33.6K per month organically, reels views increased 1672%, and audience engagement increased 208%.
Followers gained far exceeded our target, and increased by 207% over 4 months.
Team confidence and competence grew hugely following the training, with team members generating innovative ideas and a buzz about the brand.
Enquiries generated for key products through social media channels directly - classes, memberships, camps.
